Lindemans Brewery

Lindemans brewery in Vlezenbeek, Belgium.

LINDEMANS

The story of the Lindemans brewery dates back to 1822 when Joos Frans Lindemans took over a farm in Vlezenbeek and started brewing lambic beers. Today, the brewery is owned and operated by the 6th generation of Lindemans, the cousins Dirk and Geert.

Lindemans is known and loved for its traditional lambic beers. Just like Champagne can only come from the Champagne region in France, a true Lambic can only be brewed in a small area along the Senne Valley. The air in this region offers wild yeasts and bacteria that are needed for the traditional wild fermentation of a real Lambic beer.

Driven by passion, we brew the oldest beer style in the world and are dedicated to sharing its unique flavour with as many people as possible”
